DMCA / Copyright Policy
Last updated: November 30, 2025
1. Introduction
This DMCA / Copyright Policy explains how SkirtPorn (“we”, “us”, “our” or “the Site”) handles allegations of copyright infringement in connection with this adult search engine and indexing service. SkirtPorn is intended strictly for adults who are at least 18 years old (or the legal age of majority in their jurisdiction).
We respect the intellectual property rights of content creators, studios, performers and rights holders. Our policy is to respond to clear, complete and valid notices that comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (“DMCA”, 17 U.S.C. § 512) or equivalent laws in other jurisdictions.
2. SkirtPorn’s role (indexing / search engine)
SkirtPorn operates as an index and search engine for skirt and upskirt-themed adult content. We do not host the underlying videos on our own servers. Instead, we display:
- Titles, thumbnails and metadata for scenes that are hosted on third-party platforms (tube sites, studios, networks, etc.).
- Links or embeds that point to content available on those third-party services.
Because we do not control the servers where the videos are stored, we cannot remove or modify the original file on the hosting provider. However, we can act on links, embeds and references that appear on SkirtPorn when we receive a valid notice.
3. Designated DMCA agent
If you are a copyright holder (or are authorized to act on behalf of one) and believe that material indexed or linked on SkirtPorn infringes your copyright, you may send a DMCA notice to our designated agent:
DMCA Agent: SkirtPorn Legal / DMCA Department
Email: [email protected]
For general questions that are not specifically about copyright, please contact us at [email protected].
4. Requirements for a valid DMCA notice
To be effective under the DMCA, your written notice must include the following information (see 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3)):
- Identification of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed, or, if multiple works are covered by a single notice, a representative list of such works.
-
Identification of the material on SkirtPorn that you claim is infringing, and that you
request to be removed or disabled, with enough detail for us to locate it.
Please include full URLs on SkirtPorn (for example, video pages or search results URLs), not just the name of the video or performer. - Contact information for the complaining party, such as name, company (if applicable), mailing address, telephone number and a valid email address.
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are the owner of the exclusive right allegedly infringed or are authorized to act on behalf of that owner.
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or of a person authorized to act on their behalf. An electronic signature may consist of your typed full name at the end of the notice.
Notices that do not contain all of the required elements may be delayed or may not be processed until the missing information is provided. Sending incomplete or vague complaints (for example, without specific URLs) significantly reduces our ability to help you.
5. How we process DMCA notices
Once we receive a notice that appears to comply with the requirements above, we will review it in good faith. Our response may include one or more of the following actions:
- Removing or disabling access to specific links, thumbnails or embeds on SkirtPorn that point to the reported content.
- De-indexing certain video pages from our search results or category listings.
- Blocking or restricting certain host domains, studios or keywords when repeated or systematic abuse is identified.
- Informing the user or partner who supplied the metadata (if applicable) about the notice received.
Because we do not host the actual video files, we may also inform you that the most effective way to remove the content from the internet is to send a notice directly to the third-party platform that is hosting the video. In many cases, we will act on SkirtPorn (by removing links) in addition to any action taken by the hosting provider.
6. Counter notifications
If we disable access to or remove links to content as a result of a DMCA notice, the party whose content or link was affected may, in some circumstances, have the right to send a counter notification if they believe the removal was a mistake or that they have the legal right to use the material.
Because SkirtPorn functions mainly as an index of content hosted elsewhere and does not usually operate individual user accounts for uploads, our ability to process counter notifications may be limited. In many cases, the correct avenue for disputes between uploaders and rights holders is through the hosting platform where the video is stored, not through SkirtPorn.
7. Repeat infringement and policy abuse
It is our policy to take appropriate action when we identify repeated or willful infringement involving the same source, partner or account, which may include removing large portions of their content from SkirtPorn or blocking their participation entirely.
Likewise, we reserve the right to ignore or reject notices that appear to be fraudulent, abusive or clearly unfounded (for example, attempting to remove content that you do not own or that is clearly non-infringing).
8. Misrepresentations and legal consequences
Submitting a DMCA notice that knowingly misrepresents that material is infringing may expose you to legal liability, including damages, costs and attorneys' fees under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f) or similar laws. Please make sure you are the rightful copyright owner or are authorized to act on their behalf before filing a complaint, and that you have a good faith basis for your claim.
By submitting a notice to SkirtPorn, you agree that we may forward your complaint, including your contact information, to the person or entity that provided the content or metadata, or to the third-party host, when this is necessary to resolve the claim.
9. Other legal complaints (trademark, privacy, etc.)
This page covers copyright and DMCA-related issues only. If you have concerns related to trademark, privacy, defamation or other legal issues involving content indexed on SkirtPorn, please provide a detailed description of your claim and the exact URLs on SkirtPorn to:
Email: [email protected]
We will review such complaints in good faith and may take action at our sole discretion, even if the matter does not fall under the strict DMCA framework.
10. Changes to this DMCA / Copyright Policy
We may update this DMCA / Copyright Policy from time to time to reflect changes in applicable law, industry practice or how SkirtPorn operates. When we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Your continued use of SkirtPorn after such updates become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Policy.
This DMCA / Copyright Policy is provided for informational purposes only and does not constitute legal advice. If you require legal guidance regarding copyright, DMCA or related issues, please consult a qualified attorney in your jurisdiction.
