1. Agreement to these Terms

By accessing or using SkirtPorn (“we”, “us”, “our” or “the Site”), you confirm that you are at least 18 years old (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction) and that you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree with these Terms or do not meet the age requirement, you must not use the Site.

These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and SkirtPorn regarding your use of the Site, including any content, features, links or services that we provide.

2. Nature of the Site

SkirtPorn is an adult search engine and index focused on skirt and upskirt-themed content. We do not host the underlying videos on our own servers. Instead, we display:

• Titles, thumbnails and metadata for scenes;
• Links and embeds pointing to third-party platforms (tube sites, studios, networks, etc.);
• Sponsored and affiliate offers leading to external services.

Because we are an index and not the hosting provider, we do not upload, store or stream the original video files. All actual video content is served by the respective third-party websites.

3. Eligibility and age verification

You may only use SkirtPorn if you:

• Are at least 18 years old (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction); and
• Are legally permitted to view adult content in your country, region and place of access.

You are solely responsible for ensuring that accessing adult material is legal where you live and from the device or network you use. If you share your device with others, you should take appropriate measures to prevent minors from accessing SkirtPorn.

4. Prohibited content and zero-tolerance policy

SkirtPorn maintains a strict zero-tolerance policy regarding any content that involves or appears to involve minors or non-consensual activity, including but not limited to:

• Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or any depiction of underage persons;
• Content suggesting that performers are under 18, regardless of actual age;
• Non-consensual, exploitative or abusive content.

We do not knowingly index or link to such material. If you encounter any content that you believe may involve minors or be illegal, you must stop viewing it immediately and report it to us and, where applicable, to the relevant authorities. 5. Use of the Site

You agree to use SkirtPorn only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. In particular, you agree that you will not:

• Use the Site in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations;

• Scrape, crawl or harvest data at a scale that could harm our infrastructure;

• Any cookies, tracking or data collection performed by those external platforms;
• Any changes or removals of videos made by the hosting providers.

Your use of third-party sites is governed by their own terms of service and privacy policies. You should review those documents carefully before creating accounts, making payments or sharing any personal information on external platforms.

7. Intellectual property and ownership

The SkirtPorn brand, logo, design, layout, text elements, internal tools and other proprietary features of the Site are owned by or licensed to us and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, create derivative works of, publicly perform, or publicly display our own site assets except as strictly necessary to view and interact with the Site for personal, non-commercial use.

All third-party trademarks, logos, titles, thumbnails and video content remain the property of their respective owners or licensors. We index such materials for reference and linking purposes only and do not claim ownership over them.

8. User submissions and communications

SkirtPorn does not currently operate a public user-generated content system (such as comments or uploads). If you contact us by email (for example, for DMCA, abuse reports or general inquiries), you are responsible for ensuring that any information you provide:

• Is accurate, complete and not misleading;
• Does not infringe the rights of others;
• Does not contain threats, harassment, hate speech or illegal content.

You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use the information you submit (including any URLs or references) as necessary to investigate your request, respond, and comply with legal obligations.

9. DMCA and removal requests

If you are a copyright owner or an authorized agent and believe that SkirtPorn indexes or links to content that infringes your rights, you can submit a request via our DMCA page along with full URLs and sufficient information to identify the material.

Because we do not host the actual videos, our typical response may include:

• Removing or updating specific links, thumbnails or metadata from our index; and/or
• Pointing you to the relevant hosting provider when removal must occur at the source.

Submitting false or abusive removal notices may lead to legal consequences and to blocks on future submissions.

10. Disclaimers

SkirtPorn is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis, without any warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to:

• Warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement;
• Any warranty that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free or free from harmful components;
• Any warranty regarding the accuracy, completeness or reliability of indexed content or external links.

You use SkirtPorn and any linked third-party sites at your own risk. We do not endorse, verify or guarantee the legality or safety of external content.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, SkirtPorn and its owners, operators, affiliates and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill or other intangible losses arising out of or relating to:

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless SkirtPorn and its owners, operators, affiliates, partners and service providers from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from or relating to:

• Your use or misuse of the Site;
• Any violation of these Terms;
• Any violation of applicable laws or the rights of a third party.

13. Termination and access restrictions

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion and without prior notice, to suspend or terminate your access to SkirtPorn (in whole or in part) for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Violation of these Terms;
• Suspicion of abusive, illegal or harmful behavior;
• Technical or security issues affecting the Site or other users.

We may also modify, suspend or discontinue any part of the Site at any time without liability.

14. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms and your use of SkirtPorn shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws that apply in the jurisdiction where the Site is operated, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Where allowed by law, any disputes arising from or relating to your use of the Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in that jurisdiction. You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts and waive any objections based on venue or forum non conveniens.

15. Changes to these Terms

We may update or modify these Terms from time to time, for example to reflect changes to our services, legal requirements or industry practices. When we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page.

Your continued use of SkirtPorn after the effective date of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version. If you do not agree to the changes, you must stop using the Site.
